What is the Virtual Conference Venue (VCV) and how do I access it?
The VCV is the platform through which you can access all live and on-demand conferences and training courses. It also hosts all eLearning courses, and you can view details of upcoming events. It is available through the main Enhesa Product Intelligence platform, or you can access it direct here:
Log into the Virtual Conference Venue (VCV)
Client log-inHow do I navigate within the VCV?
We’ve designed the virtual conference venue to present our professional development content to you as comprehensively and clearly as possible. It works at various levels.
The Lobby
When you first log in, you’ll arrive at the lobby. From here, you can see an overview of current and upcoming events, including conferences and training courses. To enter an event that’s currently running, simply click on it and follow the instructions to enter (see next item). To set a reminder for a future event, click on it and choose ‘set reminder’. You can then add the reminder to your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
From the Lobby, you can access
- Chemical Watch Conferences where you can browse our calendar of upcoming and current Conferences, register for events, set reminders by clicking on the bell icon, or find out more about what each event includes.
- Chemical Watch Training where you can browse our program of workshops and training courses.
- Chemical Watch eLearning to access the range of eLearning courses.
- Webinars for scheduled webinars.
- On-demand tab you can choose recorded conferences, training or webinars, under which you’ll find all available content for that heading, ready for you to watch on-demand, whenever suits you best. You can filter by various themes or topics.
How do I access live and on-demand events?
- Locate your event or training course and select “Join now” or “View”.
- You will need to complete a small form, then, by way of an authentication code sent to your registered email, you can access the event, either live or on demand.
- Additionally, pre-event reminders and login instructions will be sent via email. Please book the event in your calendar should you wish to attend live.
- One hour before the event, you’ll receive a reminder with access details and direct links to the event.
- Just before the event starts you will receive a final reminder.
Ensure you log in ahead of time to avoid any access issues.
What options are available during a live conference within the VCV?
You can:
- Ask for support via Chat.
- Submit questions via Q&A and vote on priorities.
- Download speaker slides via Resources.
- Use a mini-console to watch while working in other windows.
- Connect with and message other attendees.
- Engage with Exhibitors.
- Access related articles and resources.
How do I connect with other attendees and how to they engage with you (in-person and virtual)?
You will need to make sure you are ‘visible’ as you log in to an event. You can change visibility status through the ‘settings’ in the top right when you are logged into a particular event.
How many in-person conference passes do we receive, and how do we book?
Your enterprise-wide membership includes 8 passes per 12 months for in-person events. To reserve a spot, email your Account Manager or email events@chemicalwatch.com. Please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited. Note:
- One ticket grants access to a single conference or all conferences within a multi-conference week (e.g., our flagship Summits).
- Tickets are transferable to colleagues if you cannot attend the full week.
Contact your Account Manager or email events@chemicalwatch.com to check your organisation’s remaining passes for the year. Additional passes are available at a discount.
Can I bring my entire team to a Compliance Solution Day?
Yes! Within fair use policies, you have unlimited tickets for Compliance Solution Days at the Regulatory Summits. These days are also ideal for team and customer/supplier meetings, or for trade associations to hold working group meetings around the main event. We can assist with meeting space arrangements.
Is there an event App?
Yes, there is an App called Cvent Event that can be installed on your mobile for ease of use at the conference or on-the-go. This offers much of the functionality that is available on the VCV platform (see previous item).
Can I invite colleagues to watch the event online?
Yes! Please share event details with your colleagues and ask them to contact your Account Manager or email events@chemicalwatch.com for access. If they miss the live event, they can watch the on-demand recording.
How soon is on-demand content available after an event?
- On-demand content is typically available within days of the event, depending on travel and processing times post-event. For virtual-only events, we aim to have the on-demand content posted the following day.
- Access to the on-demand content is via the Virtual Conference Venue or through direct email links.
Is the content available in other languages?
Yes, currently in Japanese. To switch languages:
- Enable Japanese captions (CC) in the video player. And/or:
- Select Japanese audio via settings.
AI-generated translations are used, so please verify critical details with the original English content.
Are conference presentations available on the main Enhesa Product Intelligence platform?
Yes! After the event, presentations are published under the “Professional Development” tab on the platform, alongside other products your organisation subscribes to. This is typically available 3–6 weeks after the event. Each recording includes:
- A concise description
- Downloadable slides
- Tags for easy searchability
With this content integrated with other platform content, you can:
- Search for content by topic, including video recordings.
- Receive daily, weekly or monthly notifications when selected topics are covered via your saved Lenses.
- Add content to Groups for collaborative work.
- Bookmark for future reference.
- Share with colleagues.
- View relevant News & Insight articles alongside the recordings.
How do I access eLearning content?
eLearning courses are also found in the Virtual Conference Venue. Just click on eLearning in the menu, navigate to the course and open it to start the training. You can leave and rejoin the course at will, and it will remember how far you have progressed.
Can I access the live events and other PD content via the website events.chemicalwatch.com?
No. This events marketing platform is how we promote Chemical Watch Events & Training to other events delegates who are not Professional Development members. You do not need to book into events on the events marketing platform. Please go to the Virtual Conference Venue on the main Enhesa Product Intelligence platform to watch live and on-demand events. Or contact your Account Manager or email events@chemicalswatch.com to attend a conference in person:
